Day 2Monastic Practice at Matho – Inner Vision & Silence
Begin the morning with sunrise yoga and pranayama, followed by breakfast and a short drive to the ancient Matho Monastery, known for its deep spiritual energy and the oracular monks (Matho Chod). Participate in a day of mindful silence, walking meditations, and monastic teachings. Day 4Alchi & Mangyu – Living Monastic Art & Inner Stillness
