Kasar Devi, located in the Uttarakhand Kumaon region about 14 km north of the small mountain town of Almora, is a serene Himalayan getaway nestled in the quiet wilderness of Pine and Deodar forest.

Leave behind the stress of the city life to the comfort of the woods, surrounded by the panoramic views of snow-covered greater Himalayas. Witness the awe-inspiring twilight coloring the sky in its many shades and the sweet melody of the monsoon rain invoking your inner-child.

What also makes this land incredibly special is the geomagnetic field found on the ridge around the Kasar Devi temple, which has intrigued the interest of Nasa scientists. This unique energy is known to give mental peace and spiritual bliss, thus making the land a holy abode to many mystics and spiritual seekers for centuries. The only other two places where this magnetic field is found are Machu Picchu in Peru and Stone Henge in England.
